Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TenthLoop, operated by Leovoid Technologies, Inc. ("TenthLoop," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using TenthLoop, you agree to these Terms. If you are using TenthLoop on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

TenthLoop provides automated web accessibility scanning against WCAG 2.1 AA, along with optional Expert Manual Audit, Remediation, and Monitoring services performed by our team. Features and limits available to you depend on your plan, as described on our pricing page.

You may create an account using an email address and password, or by using Sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. When you use Sign in with Google, your use of your Google Account remains subject to Google's own terms of service, separately from these Terms.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

You agree not to:

• Submit a website for scanning that you do not own or do not have authorization to have scanned.
• Use the Service to test, attack, or otherwise interfere with a website without authorization.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where applicable law permits it.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law.

By adding a website to your account, you represent that you own it or are authorized to add and scan it on the owner's behalf.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, and renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel or change your plan from your account's billing page at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Expert Audit, Remediation, and Monitoring services are quoted individually and are billed separately from your subscription once you approve a quote. A quote is valid only until its stated expiration date.

All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

TenthLoop's automated scans and Expert Audits are designed to help identify accessibility issues and support your compliance efforts. They are not a legal opinion, and no report, score, or certification we provide guarantees that your website complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 508, WCAG, or any other law, standard, or regulation. Accessibility compliance is an ongoing responsibility, and you remain solely responsible for your website's compliance and for how you use our reports and recommendations.

TenthLoop, its software, design, and content (excluding your own website content and data) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

You retain all rights to the content of your own websites and any data you submit to the Service. You grant us the license needed to access, scan, and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenthLoop and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or if required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, and without reference to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
